This episode motivated me to get my blood tested. I had a blood test in August 2019 and reviewed my levels of Vitamins B12, C, D, cholesterol etc and my iron was only 4 umol/L. Now it is 28 umol/L. The typical range is between 10-30 so I’m on the high side “suggesting iron overload” and the Dr asked if I was taking supplements, which I’m not.
My Vitamin D levels in August 2019, which was the last month of winter was 50 nmol/L and now it is 75 nmol/L with the sufficient range being 51-200 nmol/L. I guess the scorching summer increased the levels.
